Lynchpin---Castle and Surrounding Grounds.

The servants are unseen and unknown. Residents are welcome to take over the Servant’s rooms or not, but it is not recommended. Likewise, it is unclear where the Master resides. Usually s/he will call a meeting of their champions and meet them within the reception all or Banquet room.
Meals are typically taken together as a group, and if requested--training times for the champions as a group may be arranged. Both of the mundane variety, and also recreations of challenge-zones, such as the Labyrinth and the Mirror Gallery. The castle and its immediate surroundings have been set to mimic Earth with its single moon and 24 hour cycle of time, along with a standard Julian calendar for convenience.
Rest after Challenge One
She had got patched up, cleaned up and some small snack of food before hiding in her room for a little bit. It was when she remembered the spa, later that day, that she got moving again. Changed out of clothing an into a spa robe she had in her closet. It was so fluffy and soft, a nice soft cream white with large sleeves. Like a short jedi robe in a soft material. Straw slippers on, she gathered up a small bag and started to walk towards the spas. She would change there completely, but she felt sore and tired and wanted to relax a bit. Maybe after she could find that book, or eat.
Or go find Trunks.
She couldn't keep her mind off him since they got back. Restless and uneasy, and constantly thinking back to things with him.
Speaking of, Trunks could find her on her way to the spa, if he wants to stop her.

Trunks had learned, and learned the hard way, that you did not give legitimate threats a chance. Or threats that would become legitimate. He knew enough about his father, and Goku, and their friends, from his mother that training and 'testing' was one thing, but if you weren't careful, you let your opponent learn too much and then you couldn't defeat them.
Part of him recognized that he was upset, because Ahsoka'd gotten hurt. Yes, it wasn't bad--barely more than a scratch. She'd had worse even by her own admission. Didn't change that it upset him.
Quick snack again, off to the suite he'd claimed and a shower. Soaking in it, then turning it on cold as his mind wandered. Seems like his hormones had decided to make up for lost time.
Still it helped; not bothering to dry himself with a towel this time. Flaring his ki enough to dry himself, and then it was a dark blue tank top and black pants. Detouring through the library, his mind wandered---but it wasn't a bad thing. Finding a few books he recognized, and pulling them. Had she eaten? They were getting on to dinner...
A quick stop by the Banquet Hall, with a tray for them both, and books, and up the stairs. He had not expected to run into her that soon though. Not in a...short robe. Blue-eyes are very wide for a moment, heartbeat skipping slightly as he's balanced the tray against one shoulder and has books tucked under his other arm. Mouth slightly open too, and just...struck.

Looking at you, ANi.As she walked down the hall, he might have also caught her doing a movement. Pausing to step one foot forward, hands both together and pushing forward, like she was trying that force wall again. Long legs barely covered, no leggings, no boots or guards on. Her arms bare as well. There were white marks on her legs, over her calves and thighs, like there were on her face, but they were generally hidden in clothing.
When she did her move though she sucked in a breath, rolling her bandaged shoulder a bit and frowning. Sithspit... Her hand flexed and she started on again, only to pause as she saw him there, with a tray and books? Her head tilted, staring at him as he stood there, seeming to have paused as well. She drew her hands behind her back and tilted a bit, head leaning some as she looked at him questioningly.
"Looks like you have some relaxing to do up here. Observation room?" She asked as if she were trying to guess what he was doing.

Trunks could feel the flush rising, and then his brain caught up. She'd asked something--what? Why was she looking at him like that, and why had she done that with her arms...damnit.
"Uh..looking for you." Oh good, his brain caught up more, as he turned his head and eyes finally--still bright red. Swallowing, and then able to speak more clearly. "...Wasn't sure if you'd eaten. Brought food. And I found a book or two, from my world. If you wanted to read them."

Besides being very leggy and showing off more than normal. With out showing off nothing at all. Her head tilted, one lekku swaying a little bit as she did. Was he okay? "For me?" She said, feeling her own cheeks brighten a bit as she flushed, but she smiled through it anyhow. "I was just headed to the spa for a bit. I was thinking of trying to soak in some heat to see if it would help."
She looked over him, the food tray and book, and couldn't help but feel incredibly flattered. Did he go to all that trouble for her? "You could... join me if you like?" But then she came over closer, trying to look on the tray with a curious glance. "What'd you bring me?" Yes, now you have her closer to you, snooping.

A deep breath in--and that was a mistake, as her scent hit his nose.
Food! Focus on the food. Pivoting slightly, careful of the balance with the tray and holding it out. "Um...wasn't sure." A shy grin. "Aside from more hot-chocolate. I hadn't eaten much yet either. They said we had to take meals together, but they didn't say where."
HAH! A full sentence! Take *that* hormones.

She swayed on her feet from heel to toe a moment. "I was going to try to make it fast and make it to dinner with you, but if you'd like, there is a safe place inside to sit the tray down, and we can leave the book safe out here." She nodded back over her shoulder, then winced, raising a hand to it to rub a bit. She gave a slight grim smile back to him for it.
"Come. Unless you have something better to do?" She reached a hand out to his arm and pulled so lightly, so not to disrupt his book or tray.

Calling on every inner ounce of discipline and focus he could. Mostly to keep calm. It's okay--just because he liked her, a lot--and was attracted to her, didn't mean anything. Well, anything for her anyways--it meant he was having a harder time of things.
Pausing only to leave the books slightly outside, as he followed her in and then his attention was taken by where they were. A sectioned off area with wood and stone panelling and benches, steam clouding what glass there was. Further along they could see a low tub almost like an informal pool with screens that could section it off for privacy. Not far from that was a wooded floor-area that held low cushions and mats and small platforms.
Walking over to place the food there, showed them that further back were closets and shower-areas. This was not the practical locker-rooms near the training area, but luxury. Towels stacked by the closets, and a wooden bin to throw used towels, along with mirrors and sinks.

And he let her pull him along, to the other room.
As they came inside she followed to where he sat the tray. It wasn't so steamy in this part of the room, which is nice. The steam mostly protected in the sauna room, and there was a hot tub, which sounded... perfect. He might be some demi god in someones book, but she was only mortal, and she could feel the ache in her shoulder. Blaster shots, even a graze, shoot electro force into ones muscles, and she was feeling it.
"I snooped through hear earlier. I kept meaning to give it a try, but I've never really needed to until now." She settled down on a pillow though, leaning over to poke at the tray. You know she was taking up the hot chocolate before anything else. Sorry. No stopping her now. She took a sip and smiled with a sigh.
"You can change and wash up in there, if you want to join me? Or if not, at least stay and keep me company?"

He had his own mug, and had just grabbed something convenient. Some kind of noodle bowl with lots of veggies and something that was protein and a light sauce. For both of them. Moving to settle on a cushion, cross-legged and trying to relax again. "I honestly hadn't had my curiosity hit me yet about this room." But it was...nice.
A different kind of peaceful.

She held the cup in her hands and took another small sip. The food looked good, even if she wasn't very hungry. She'd eat a bit anyhow. "I've tried to find everything in this place that I could. But mostly, this is on the same floor as my room, so... it was worth looking into."
"There was a hot room at the temple. Used for training but also meditation, finding ones self and relaxing sore muscles. Which... is perfect for me right now. Hot water is always good for those things, for me."
She sat her mug down, pulling her robe closure a bit tighter around her middle as she leaned in a bit. "And I suppose I thought it would help me think a bit. I feel like... after that challenge, I need to train a lot more."
no subject
"We haven't had the luxury in a long time, for a soak--much less a hot room like this." He murmured instead, thinking about back home, her comment about it being on the same floor brought a smile. "Kind of like me and the library huh?"
But he listened, and was studying her a bit while trying to not study at all--focus, damnit. Covering it with a drink from his own mug. "In the Force?" It was the logical place to start, given what she'd asked the Master for in terms of books.
no subject
Mostly she just thought Trunks was amazing. Amazing, and she needed to get better, to be more on his level, even if she can't hit God status, she could fight to train harder. It was a good push.
"Yes, a bit like you and the library, though I think I might spend more time in the Observation room than here, I do like this room. The stone and wood feel... welcoming to me. Like the Temple." She said with a soft smile, reaching over to pluck a veggy out of the noodles, trying it out. Mmm.
"In the Force, yes. I was only a Padawan learner. I didn't even make it to Knight. There is still a lot for me to learn and.. no Master to learn it from." She glanced over at him and gave him a smile. "And we have time. I can read a few books and give them a try. Can't hurt."

He listened though, and knew her concern and desire were serious and valid. He still didn't view Ahsoka as anything other than capable and a worthy champion and partner in this. So he outclassed her physically---so what? Trunks was used to being outclassed himself.
"You know me well enough by now to know I'm not going to talk you out of more training, Ahsoka." Still that hint of smile. "And you know if I can help, I will."
no subject
She reached down to pick up the small bowl of noodles. Were those sticks of wood to eat with? She picked those up as well, looking at them, unsure of them, but still talking. "I was a commander of clone troopers in the war. Hundreds of troopers did what I told them to. It's always felt strange to me in some way that peacekeepers would fight and lead attacks, but I get why as well. Still, being here? It's like dropping back ten years. More innocent times?" She shrugged, and looked up to give him a smile again. "I think I could honestly be comfortable in any part of this place because of it. There are huge stakes here, and yet it feels... nicer."
She shook her head, looking at her food again, then sighed. "And yes, I know you'd help me with my training if I asked, but maybe you could start with... how to eat this with sticks." She asked, holding them together like one would with a fork.
no subject
Her request though, made him laugh a little and grin. "Yes ma'am Commander Ahsoka." Teasingly, and inwardly steeling himself as he moved over to sit by her. Taking up his own pair, and trying to show her. "Hashi. That's what they're known as commonly in my world. Mostly used in the East, but they've spread cultures." Showing her first how he was holding them, and then moving slower with it so she could see the proper positioning.
no subject
She scooted a bit over too, toes curling a bit under her as she watched him. "Hashi." She repeated, holding the sticks like he had done. She watched him move with them, then tried herself. Concentrating as she picked up a vegetable piece. Lifting it to her mouth and grinning as she took the bite. Her hand wasn't properly aligned yet, but she managed. She'd figure it out more as well, but that might mean watching how he eats with them. "Interesting. I've seen very long versions of these, used for those with long necks, but I've never done it myself."
"Thanks." She mumbled a moment later, looking at her bowl. "For checking on me."

They'd been closer already, since he'd already piggy-backed her. Or when they'd fallen in the pool. But those times she hadn't been in a short robe...
At least one of those times she'd been in a swim suitBreathing, he was not thinking about this!Food--food was always a good focus; especially for someone with saiyan blood.
Picking up his own bowl, showing her how. "It's not rude if you need to bring it closer. You're just not supposed to eat it all too fast." Bowing his head, a murmured "thank you for this meal", and then demonstrating.
Trying to ignore that he wanted to blush--because really, watching him eat? Yes, it was practical but it felt so very awkward and weird. Easier for her to see though, how with the proper grip it was about leverage using the chopsticks.
"Also..." A bit shyly, quieter, not looking at her. "you're welcome. I enjoy being around you."
no subject
Which was bad. Huh.
She concentrated on what she was doing though, once she corrected her hold on it. There was a balance there, and it wasn't too bad. "I don't think anyone can eat too fast like this." She said with a chuckle in response to not eating too fast. She wasn't too bad though. It was clear it was awkward, but also not hard? Give her a week, if that, and she'll look like a pro.
She didn't look at him and his shy reply, because she was now blushing at that comment. "You are good to be around as well, Trunks." She said softly, and as if to shut up she pulled some noodles into her mouth to eat.
She would eat a bit of this, then go try to burn out the ache a bit. Also the hot water will be a great excuse for the blood burn in her cheeks.

Once she seemed settled enough with it, Trunks applied himself to eating. Manners, but definitely more at ease and faster with the chopsticks than she was. Nor was he surprised she was a quick learner.
"So..." Maybe a bit awkward still, but honestly he really did have a question. Even if he'd never felt like he had to fill the silence with her before... "...how IS your shoulder? You said it was just a graze, but I am familiar with what that type of weapon can do, at least in concept." It hadn't seemed to different than the Ki blasts he was used to, but he was sure there was some difference he was missing.

When he asked his question, she glanced over to her currently covered with a rob shoulder. It was the side holding the bowl at the moment, and she kept it close to her. She seemed to pause, to consider what to say. How she thought he would handle things or not. So instead she asked. "Would you rather a easy and vague answer? Or something a bit more detailed?" A simple truth that said little, or a honest truth that might make him think she couldn't handle herself, is her thought... or at least worry.

She gave a small nod. Sitting her bowl down and placing the sticks carefully on the tray beside it. She shifted to turn more to face him, and pulled her robe over that shoulder more. There was a bandage there, put on properly, but also the orange skin of her shoulder had more darker orange veins that ran partly up her neck and shoulder. There was a redness around it, like sunburned a bit.
"It really isn't that mad. Blaster bolts can be set to different strengths. This one was set to kill. A blaster can do a projectile's worth of damage, but because it's energy, it will spider off in bigger areas of ones body. So a shot to the chest of most races can effect the heart or other organs with ease, where a projectile might only cut through flesh and be done."
She looked up at him and gave him a smile though. "It really did only graze my shoulder. So it's like a cut but with electrical shots through my nerves? So... it's tender. Sore. Moving it isn't very fun right now, because all these muscles are very angry at me for catching the bolt at all." She said that last back with a bit of a chuckle, smiling. She rested her shoulder again, hand in her lap.
"Honestly, I'm more sore with myself for being distracted than I am about the shot."
no subject
"I'm glad it only grazed you then, if it was set to kill." Honest as well, and thinking back over the battle. Not the challenge, but the training-exercise. "Any hits I took against the droids, I didn't notice because of the energy around me while a super saiyan. Except for the tank-hits. Those...pikes the IGs used also really were annoying."
A sigh, and offering a half-smile. "I've been hurt much worse though, so a little pain isn't going to stop me, just like it's not going to stop you."
Nope--no loss of respect or trust for her at all. If anything, he bowed his head to her. "Thank you also for being honest." That half-smile remained after the formal thank you. "I shouldn't have been distracted either, so blame both of us?"
Then smile faltered. "Or blame me, because I proposed the whole idea. I should've just taken them both out and been done with it, from the start."
no subject
She moved to stand though, careful of how she got up, to stay presentable. Her hands resting on her hips as she looked down to him.
"And I'll always be as honest as I can be with you. Nor am I going to blame either of us for it. It was a rookie mistake. I'll learn." She tipped her head back towards the heating pool. "But for now, I am going to go relax in a pool of hot water for a bit. You are more than welcome to come join me."
