For Ahsoka she had found him to be as honorable as any Jedi. She was more at ease with him then she was with the invisible servants. So walking together wasn't going to be a problem for her, and if she were back to back with him in a fight she'd feel as if she were covered and safe enough. She just got a good feeling from him. There was something more there, but there was still a good feeling.
