She just looked angry about it all. Something in her head had also compared this to Ty Lee again. Like she would have got through with no problems at all. That had it been Ty Lee and Trunks, he'd be giving her praise instead of asking to see her hand.
The Jedi didn't believe in 'pride' but that was always something she, and to an extent, her master had both been bad about. If they did something well, they were proud. If she did something well, he was proud of her and said it. The same for her to him. And... the same when failing, it was hard to keep that sting out of pride.
"It's fine. I deflected it." She insisted, hand closing tighter on itself. Sadly her hand was bleeding too, so... it wouldn't be hard to hide. "We've got more pressing matters to deal with."
