She reached out to grab hold of the ledge, one foot on the side wall to stand on it a bit, to hold herself up with out having to move. "It's a very good full body training though, and it's low impact, so not only is it a good start to a day but it feels nice too." She was still smiling, though more softly and less of a grin. "I can teach you a bit, if you need."
